About the role
As a Service Manager you will primarily be the contact point between the customer and Centiro. On a daily basis you will be the sounding board for customer service colleagues and oversee daily operations. You are expected to continuously develop and improve the customer service processes, as well as ensuring good collaboration and knowledge sharing between colleagues.
You will together with a team provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers, this includes tasks such as:
- Oversee and guide activities of the Service team
- Ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
- Monitor issues and client complaints
- Handle customer escalations
- Analyze re-occurring issues and ensure pro-active resolution
Who you are
You are a curious person and will not be satisfied with ”good enough”. To be successful in the job, you will have to be confident in yourself, as well as in others. Good communication skills are crucial for this role and your social competence will be one of the drivers in making a change.
A customer-focused mindset with a stakeholder management perspective is important, as well as your analytical problem-solving ability. The organization is highly entrepreneurial and flat, so you are expected to be a collaborative team player.
Competences & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, innovation or equivalent and/or work experience within relevant field
- ITIL Experience
- Business acumen
- 3-5 years of work experience from relevant field
Nice but not Needed
- Previous experience from Customer Service
Knowledge in data analytics using Power BI or Data Studio
Working experience in supply chain or logistics domain
