What you will do
As Centiro’s new HR Business Partner, your responsibility is to help us develop our business and achieve our goals in the US and Canada with your knowledge in HR.
You will take responsibility for all aspects of Talent Acquisition in North America. You will have a focus on employer branding from both a strategic and operative perspective.
In addition, you will be a driver in various projects with the aim of developing our working methods, tools and system support.

Who you are

Things you are good at
We are looking for you with 3-5 years of work experience within HR and have;
- Higher education in HR or equivalent
- Experience working in the software industry
- Knowledge in US and Canadian labor law, work environment and rehabilitation
- Independently run recruitment processes and conduct interviews
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and a member
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Nice things to have
- Experience in working in an international context
- Certification in a personality profile tool (eg OPQ, TalentQ etc.)
- Certified in team development and leadership development tools (eg 7 habits, IMGD model)
