About the role
As a Delivery Manager, you are responsible for one of our sectors which means that you have responsibility for 15 to 32 employees. The sectors consist of autonomous teams, with complementary skills within each team, that operates global customers. The teams can be remote and you can be responsible for employees that are working at our different offices around the world. You will work from the office you belong to, but this position includes traveling.

Being a leader at Centiro means creating favorable conditions for individuals to develop. It is a lengthy process that involves creating motivation but also to deal with challenges from time to time. 

We expect our Delivery Managers to encourage a corporate culture that encourages involvement in the business. To accomplish this, you need a holistic approach with the ability to identify what is important and to make priorities accordingly. You also need to work result-oriented and carry out activities based on the company's overall objectives and strategy.

Core responsibilities and activities
We are looking for you who can empower people and enable teamwork. You shall also be able to ensure accountability by coaching and challenging your colleagues.
The key factor for success in this role is to stand with one foot in the IT delivery and the other in business benefits, this means that you understand the process to implement systems and how they impact a business.
You are motivated by proactively drive development and performance of internal processes.

As part of the role, the delivery manager will:
o Engage towards the sector strategy
o Perform continuous monitoring regarding deliveries and customer satisfaction 
o Perform continuous monitoring regarding profitability and costs
o Organize staffing 
o Personnel responsibility, as for example competence development, work conditions, performance- and salary reviews, legal aspects, etc.
o Participate in projects and processes

You who are confident and can easily create trusting relationships. We think you contribute to solutions and target fulfilment through effective dialogue with employees and customers. 
You are proactive, open and responsive and have good communication skills and communicates easily both within and outside the organization. 
You have a genuine interest in developing people and make sure that continuously develop your own leadership skills. Your leadership skills allow you to identify individual development needs and to create conditions for personal development. You can bring the best out of people.

Prerequisites : 
o University graduate in computer science or a related discipline with more than 8 years of working experience.. 
o Minimum 4 years of experience of leading end-to-end delivery management and technical implementations. 
o Strong stakeholder management at all levels within organization.  

It is an advantage if you have:

o Broad IT skills and knowledge of how IT works in different types of organizations
o working across different geographies and timezones. 
o Knowledge in logistics sector
o International experience
