Who are you:
At Centiro, Application support specialist plays a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurately, and professionally to all our customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, self-disciplined, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in finding a quick and effective solution.
We’re looking for people having 4+ years of experience who want to expand their horizons and want to be a part of becoming the best in world class customer support.
You are someone who have proven track record of
- Proactive ways of handling customer service. For example, you have implemented anything to have proactive monitoring in place, any alerts mechanisms, any automated routines which can capture issues early in the phase etc.
- Fixing incidents on time as well as focused on providing permanent solution to the issues.
- Working together with customers to make the whole customer support process as optimal as possible.
- Someone who is flexible enough and ready to go beyond the given norms to make the solutions better for seamless customer experience.
- You are flexible enough to make yourself available during the crisis situation and ready to work in odd hours shift.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- Expert in SQL (MSSQL)
- Knowledge about Windows OS and Windows Server ·
Knowledge about FTP, VPN and similar techniques · - Ability to acquire and apply troubleshooting information ·
Experience with Case/incident Management Systems
- Knowledge about ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) ·
Basic knowledge about programming languages and development processes (.NET, C#) - PowerBI Tool
Qualifications Required:
College/University degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent field.
