What you will do

As Centiro’s new HR Business Partner, your responsibility is to help us develop our business and achieve our goals with your knowledge in HR.

You will take responsibility for all parts of Talent Acquisition where we recruit to our markets internationally. You will have a focus on employer branding from both a strategic and operative perspective.   

In addition, you will be a driver in various projects with the aim of developing our working methods, tools and system support.

  • Maintain and develop our corporate culture and organization
  • Work environment 
  • HR administration

Who you are

As a person, you are driven, innovative and passionate about creating long-term relationships. You do this by being involved and responsive to what is going on in the organization. You have a high ability to deliver and a business-minded approach.

To be successful in the role, we see that you are independent, organized and engaged. You like to dive into a subject and you do this by taking in perspectives from many different angles; Centiro’s principles, applicable legislation, ethics and morals that culminate in concepts that support our strategy. You use digital tools and are driven to explore new techniques and concepts to develop HR’s communication.

You thrive in a changing environment where you benefit from being a problem solver, having integrity and being a natural collaborative partner in various team configurations. You will have a wide network both internally and externally and you will be one of the first contacts for new Centiroits.

Things you are good at

We are looking for you with 3-5 years of work experience within HR and have;

  • Higher education in HR or equivalent 
  • Knowledge in labor law, work environment and rehabilitation 
  • Experience in more areas than HR, such as leadership 
  • Independently run recruitment processes and conduct interviews 
  • You communicate fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English


Nice things to have

  • Experience in working in an international context
  • Certification in a personality profile tool (eg OPQ, TalentQ etc.)
  • Certified in team development and leadership development tools (eg 7 habits, IMGD model)
