What you will do
As an Application Specialist focusing on Customer Service, you will become one of our key players to manage and work with the support of our systems. You are a part of one of our customer teams and you thrive in an environment where you get to use your passion for close customer contact and problem-solving ability. Here the tempo is high and the variety of tasks is great.
Who you are
You have sound IT skills and knowledge of how IT works in different types of organizations. We believe you have a great understanding of the process of implementing these systems as well as how it affects a company.
As a person you are open and responsive and have a good ability to communicate both externally and internally to an organization. You work pro-actively and take initiatives to solve the problems at hand.
Things you are good at
It is an advantage if you have experience in business systems, CRM systems, inventory management systems, TMS or similar.
A merit is also knowledge in the logistics / supply chain and its importance in the modern organization.
