Background
In different scenarios, Centiro is involved in answering on questionnaires regarding Centiro products and policies. These tasks require a lot of manually work today which involves cross-checking information from different sources. We would like to investigate if some this work (or parts of it) can be automated. Additionally, we are interested in understanding how such an automation can impact the organization.
