Join us as an Application Specialist and immerse yourself in creating next-generation solutions for our Supply Chain Network Cloud, a linchpin in the world of digital trade, logistics, and e-commerce. This role combines both technical project management and solution implementation, where you'll lead multiple implementation projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest quality standards.
*Please note this is not a software developer role but an Implementation Consultant role. This role is someone who has experience being client facing with the implementation and delivery of a software solution.
You'll work in the heart of the action, bridging customers and developers, tailoring and supporting solutions for world-leading brands on a global scale. In this role, you will not only contribute to our customers' business core but play an essential part in shaping the worldwide commerce landscape.
What you will do
As an Application Specialist, you will primarily work in the front line of the process responsible for delivering and supporting our solutions to customers around the globe.
You will work on software implementation projects from a delivery standpoint, interact and consult with clients during the implementation, assess technical issues, work alongside our support and software development teams. Technical aptitude and some understanding of coding will be necessary for this role.
Responsible for providing complete and timely communication and reporting to the client related to implementations in process, including project status, progress on key deliverables and outstanding issues being worked or potential risks.
Initially you will learn how our systems function and as you progress you can decide your area of specialism. Do you want to manage projects, conduct feasibility studies, implement our solutions, develop within testing or perhaps organize trainings/workshops? You create your path; the possibilities are limitless.

Your responsibilities will vary and include:
- Assess client needs and requirements to ensure successful implementation of services.
- Customize and configure systems or services to align with client specifications and business goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide training and support to client teams to facilitate effective use of new systems or services.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams to coordinate implementation activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Document processes and create materials to support the implementation and future reference.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the implementation phase.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the setup and integration.
- Stay updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to clients.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address feedback and foster continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, logistics/supply-chain, innovation or equivalent and/or work experience within relevant field.
- Experience in the delivery of implementing software.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
