What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will help our customers and users learn, onboard and use our products with success, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional and service-minded.
This role is a blend of financial understanding, IT interest and most important - hands-on guidance, always with a service mindset. You move comfortably between proactive support and problem-solving, always keeping the customer experience at the centre. You bring clarity, flexibility and momentum so our users feel guided and supported.
What you’ll do
As the first point of contact for our users, you take a proactive approach to every interaction - you don’t wait to be asked. You step forward early, ensuring questions are met with professionalism, empathy and clarity. You’re available when it matters most, ready to solve problems and create calm in fast-moving situations.
You support users in navigating financial details, platform functionality and day-to-day audit workflows. With your economics background and strong service mindset, you interpret financial questions with confidence and turn complexity into clear, reassuring guidance.
Beyond answering questions, you are approachable, dependable and driven. You build relationships naturally by reaching out, following up and staying present so users feel welcomed, supported and understood every step of the way. Your hospitality mindset shows in how you anticipate needs, create ease and make every interaction feel well taken care of.
You also act as a bridge between users and the organization, representing Censhine in dialogues, building trust, strengthening relationships and sharing insights that help us improve both the platform and the overall user experience.

Competences and skills
Higher education in economics or related field.
Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
Experience from service-oriented roles with direct customer contact
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability - you communicate well, listen, build relationships, are great with people and work effectively with others.
Bring clarity, initiative and stability to dynamic environments.
Interest in IT and digital tools.
Leadership qualities – able to take charge when needed.
