About the role:

You’re someone with broad IT skills and an understanding of how IT works in different types of organizations. You have experience of infrastructure management and managing existing servers in on-prem Data Centres, Azure and Google and able to manage & patch the servers and troubleshoot as and when required.

You have extensive experience of the process of IT technical support including endpoints (Windows & Mac), Office365, supporting users with technical problems. A big part of the role is managing/purchasing equipment for the office, including computers, phones, mice as well as setting up office space.

Having knowledge of managing networks, and security best practices (hardening) implementation knowledge would be an added advantage.

You must master spoken and written English.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

• Experience with CISCO Umbrella

• Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and knowledge of databases

• Proven experience of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS

• Security Mindset – IT Security monitoring/maintenance, SOC Alerts

• Experience of virtualization platforms, e.g. Hyper-V and/or VMware.

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

• Experience in managing infrastructure on Azure & Google would be added advantage.

• Proven experience on managing and hardening endpoints (Windows, Linux and Mac), printers, Conference Equipment, etc.

• Proven experience of working with M365 and associated technologies (Defender, Intune, Entra, M365 administration, Purview, etc.)

• Patch management

• User Management / administration, troubleshooting & Support

• Data backup/recovery

• Ability to create scripts in powershell or other language

• Relevant certifications are considered an advantage.

• Manage Licenses across the enterprise and negotiate with vendors for effective pricing

• Not afraid to explore new technologies and processes

• Service Desk support through JIRA Service Management

• Contribute towards ISO and SOC 2 compliance.
