About the Role
We are seeking a commercially focused Delivery Manager to lead one of Centiro’s delivery sectors, typically consisting of 15–30 professionals organized into autonomous, cross-functional teams.
These teams work closely with enterprise customers, sales, presales, and R&D, owning everything from early customer engagement and solution shaping to implementation, delivery, and value realization.
As a Delivery Manager, you act as a business leader for your sector—balancing delivery excellence with revenue growth, profitability, customer success, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership and Growth
Own revenue contribution, margin discipline, and the overall commercial health of your delivery sector.
Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term customer value creation.
Actively contribute to presales efforts, supporting deal shaping, solution strategy, and senior-level customer discussions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales to turn them into measurable growth.
Customer and Domain Expertise
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by applying strong functional and business understanding of Transportation Management Systems and related delivery domains to real business challenges.
Ensure solutions are aligned with customer goals and expected outcomes—not just technical requirements—by connecting platform capabilities with operational and commercial needs.
Bring credibility and perspective into complex customer conversations and decision‑making.
Delivery Excellence and Value Realization
Lead and govern complex, large-scale customer deliveries with a clear focus on business outcomes and return on investment.
Balance speed, quality, cost, and risk to ensure sustainable and scalable delivery.
Establish a data-driven performance culture, using insights to improve delivery efficiency and commercial results.
People and Capability Building
Hold full people leadership responsibility, including talent development, performance management, compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
Build high-performing teams with strong customer orientation and commercial awareness.
Create an environment where individuals grow as business-minded professionals, not just technical experts.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the technology, enterprise software, or related industry.
5+ years leading complex, cross-functional delivery organizations in customer-facing environments.
Strong experience working with enterprise platforms and large-scale customer solutions.
Proven track record in customer engagement, presales support, and account growth.
Solid business acumen, including revenue ownership, margin responsibility, or equivalent commercial accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
