Your role 

As a UX/UI Designer at Centiro, you will design digital products used by some of the world’s most recognized brands. You’ll be involved in every step of the design process – from research and ideation to polished UI – with a particular focus on translating insights into clean, engaging visual design. 

You’ll collaborate with fellow UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design decisions are grounded in user needs, while also maintaining a coherent and visually appealing design language across products. 

Your responsibilities 

• Define and enhance the user experience for our products through research, analysis, and iterative design. 

• Create visual design assets that support usability and brand alignment. 

• Create design artifacts such as storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. 

• Work closely with users, customers, and stakeholders to explore and test design solutions. 

• Lead workshops and design processes to foster innovation and creative problem-solving. 

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and product owners to ensure high usability and impact. 

Who you are 

• You have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to complex digital systems. 

• You bring a strong visual sense – you care about layout, typography, spacing, and clarity. 

• Skilled in tools like Figma and comfortable working with design systems. 

• Strategic and analytical, yet creative and detail-oriented. 

• Comfortable collaborating in an agile environment and communicating design choices clearly. 

• You have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to simplify complexity and deliver high-impact user experiences.
