About the role

We want everyone to feel a welcoming atmosphere when entering the doors at Centiro. Now we are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office - The Centiro Hub. Along with this you will work with a large variety of administrative tasks. The role also includes tasks within finance and payroll.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English, as well as a positive and helpful attitude.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including sorting and distributing mail, receiving packages, scanning invoices, and coordinating orders of items like coffee and office supplies.
• Assisting with tasks within finance and payroll.
• Preparing meeting rooms.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Providing excellent service.

Who you are

You have prior experience within service and administration and have a sense of structure. You are service-minded, passionate and would be characterized a typical "people person".

You enjoy working with others as well as independently. You are a curious person who is eager to learn and develop. Professionalism and integrity are essential qualities.

Competences & Skills

• Comfortable communicating and writing in Swedish and English.
